1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within [7] days of receiving the product.
  • The product must not be customized, stitched, or altered in any way.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sarees/Lehengas that have been customized or tailored
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless defective)
  • Blouses and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images of the product (if defective/damaged).
  3. Once approved, we will guide you to send the item back.
  4. The product must reach us within [5] days of return approval.

Note: For self-shipping, please pack the item securely and use a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7] business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund Deductions (if applicable):

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges (if not covered by us) may be deducted.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product you received is defective or damaged.
  • You need a different color or design (subject to availability).

To request an exchange, follow the same return steps. If the desired product is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and images.
  • We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement or process a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed in 3–5 working days.
